A graduate from Case Western Reserve University, Danny studied nutritional biochemistry and metabolism. He was unhappy with his 125lb physique as a teenager and since 16-years-old, he began weight-lifting as a vehicle for stress relief and to establish a healthier lifestyle. Pursuing health & fitness as a teen, he realized that his early struggles were a common obstacle for the vast majority. Throughout his journey, he has tested and integrated multiple concepts in his own regiment and found success in both bodybuilding and powerlifting applications for himself and coaching others. Danny is passionate to help others strive for health through Redheart. He has worked as a chef for over 2 and a half years, applying his knowledge in nutrition to making healthy foods more vibrant and flavorful.
Majored in economics with exposure to finance and marketing from Case Western Reserve University, Michael Zhou is the brand head of Redheart. moving between China and the US, he turned to fitness when faced with hardships as an Asian American minority. Michael became close friends with Danny since the beginning of his freshman year, growing closer through their shared love for fitness and nutrition in addition to their shared experiences of adversity while growing up. Michael strives to increase awareness and outreach of Redheart’s mission by developing innovative marketing strategies for the brand.
